A Word From The Principal

The summer is almost over and soon we will all return to the school routine. I hope that you and your family have had a relaxing and restful summer. I am excited about the prospects of the upcoming school year. I thought that I would highlight for you some of the changes and improvements for the 2003-04 school year. MEAP Results As you have probably heard in the media, MEAP results are STILL not available. We will inform you as soon as they become available. New Staff For the most part our professional staff will remain the same. We have added an additional PE class to the 5 grade rotation, which will be taught by Mr. Chris Baba. Ms. Heather Joy joins the staff as the music teacher. Our computer class will have a substitute teacher until Mrs. Lengemann returns from her "family leave" in January. Building improvements Our playground expansion is complete. Removal of the south parking lot and sodding the area has provided a wonderful area for soccer, lawn sports, etc.
